We bake Shortbread cookies and decorate them with Royal Icing.  
The cookies dough is ALL NATURAL and has the following simple ingredients:
Flour, Butter, Sugar and Vanilla. Due to the artisan nature of the baking process
the cookies may vary in shade from golden brown to amber.

The Royal Icing contains:
Meringue Powder (Corn starch, egg whites*, sugar, gum arabic, calcium sulfate, citric acid, cream of tartar, artificial flavors, silicon dioxide,) glycerin, imitation almond extract.*

We use various edible embellishments to accessorize the cookies, per your request: metallic dragees, sanding sugar, edible pearls, colorful nonpareils, sprinkles and shimmer dust. 

*ALLERGY INFORMATION: to be on the safe-side and keep our product nut-free, we use Imitation Almond Extract.
The royal icing contains dried egg whites.
